Kiwanis Clubs of Southern Nevada Foundation

The objects of the Foundation are:

(a)    To assist worthy members of the Sponsored Organizations within Southern Nevada in attaining educational or vocational excellence.

(b)   To assist Sponsored Organizations in their endeavors to perform charitable community service activities.

(c)    To provide monetary funds to Sponsored Organizations for charitable and educational purposes and to support their members in carrying out those purposes.

(d)   To provide monetary funds to Sponsored Organizations to support the members thereof in their attendance at and participation in conventions of the Cal-Nev-Ha District of Kiwanis International and of Kiwanis International.

(f)    To provide assistance to Kiwanis Advisors with Sponsored Organizations.

The Board shall consist of one director from each Division 28 Club, the current Lt. Governor, The Lt. Governor-Designate, The Immediate Past Lt. Governor, a designated representative of the Circle K Clubs, the three Key Club Lt. Governors, and regional Sponsored Organization advisors.
